<p>Did anyone check their BAR account and notice that the Perkins Loans weren't disbursed? I sent in the promissory notes already so I don't know why it isn't being disbursed with the others. btw, triple rooms smell like s**t.</p>
<p>When did you send your promisory notes in? it took about 3 weeks for them to process my promisory note, and my Perkins loan is disbursed. </p>
