<p>Does anyone have experience with this and a willingness to share. I'm a bit confused about how to go about the process since Cornell does not recommend any lenders? Could anyone tell me who they have and how service is?</p>

<p>Cornell is a direct lender for this program....just go online to fill out the promissory note and the money will be disbursed automatically later in the summer. There is nothing else to do!!</p>
<p>the money is not in my package. The unsubsidized loan would to cover my EFC.</p>
<p>^It's the same deal. Just fill out the request for an unsubsidized loan (form is on the fin aid site). If you are approved then you will do what I mentioned in the previous post. I had to do this last semester to cover some unexpected costs....</p>
<p>Like I mentioned...Cornell is a direct lender...no need to go through a lender like Sallie Mae.</p>
