<p>Your counselor is the one who will be emailing each colleges requesting for the fee waivers… and yes; if the counselor requests, the fee will be waived (Just make sure the colleges you’re sending it to has a fee waiver policy for internationals)</p>

<p>you need to check an option which says you will be asking for fee waiver in the payment section. And your councelor needs to verify that. Thats all!!

<p>If you are a high school graduate then i don’t think that mid year reports are necessary. But, that is the problem of your councelor regarding the reports he/she is going to send.</p>
