<p>My niece told me last night that she got a fee waiver for some of her college apps, but it requires that she take the SAT/ACT, which won't happen in time for EA apps. </p>
<p>Is it really the case that she has to take the tests after she's been granted a fee waiver? It makes no sense to me. I don't want her to miss out on scholarship deadlines or EA because she has been given poor advice.</p>
