<p>The deadline has passed and I have already turned in my application, but I haven't got around to submitting my fee waiver request yet. I planned to do it yesterday but my counselor wasn't there so it had to wait until today. So my question is will this affect my application? Or should I have turned it in by the deadline?</p>
