Fee waiver

I just got many copies of letters from vice-principal about my application fee waiver…
I was just wondering…

 1. do following universities accept fee waiver from International Student: Princeton, Harvard, Stanford, Cornell, UC berkeley, ucLA, ucSD?

is it a disadvantage or an advantage for me to ask for a fee waiver? (cuz I can just pay it without fee waiver, but just felt it would sum up to be too costly)

Thanks!

If ur financial status indicate that u cud pay a fee , the waiver cud very well be rejected.... all the above colleges though accept the waiver..... if it suffiiently proves ur hardship in paying the application fees

Well, technically my income is below certain amount so that I am able to get free lunch at school.... I think my record reflects that my financial situation is pretty bad...Also, I have a letter signed by assistant principal explaining my situation

then u do qualify and will get the waiver . no prob at any of these schools

would I be disadvantaged or advantaged or neither? (you know, inside thing that admission ppl say neither but in fact it is something else?)
Thanks for your help
