<p>How does one "apply' for the Stanford Fee waiver... is it basically just a note that the counselor sends in. And if so, should my counselor include it along with the School Report.</p>

<p>I think that would suffice but your counselor can contact the schools or you can to find out what each institution requires......good luck. Don't let your lack of funds keep you from applying........keep at it.</p>
