<p>Will applying for a fee waiver hurt/boost my chances? I'm an intl student coming from a very low-income family (i know, not a good thing for applying to US) and am thinking of applying for a fee waiver. However, i'm not sure if it'd be a good thing for my app or a bad thing. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.</p>
<p>It will not affect the decision they make, just like applying for financial aid doesn't affect it.</p>
