Does anyone know if, for the fee waiver, just a letter from my guidance counselor would be fine? Or does it have to be the CollegeBoard one?

Don't you have to fill out NACCA's Fee Waiver Request Form?

The options for fee waiver on Common App are either NACCA or CollegeBoard or "Other". And if you say other it shows something saying that you're willing to use the school's "institutional form," but a lot of schools just say that a letter from your guidance counselor or other school official is fine. So I was wondering because I ran out of CollegeBoard forms and I didn't even know about NACCA until winter break.

does anyone know if we use a mailing label when we mail in our fee waiver?
b/c its not offered in http://www.stanford.edu/dept/uga/pdf/08-09_app_mailing_labels.pdf?

my counselor just included it in the her rec letter and school report. I dont think that there is a mailing label for it.

so just a letter is fine?
