<p>My friend told me to look into applying for a fee waiver. what exactly does this waive or pay for? I most likely will be going to ELAC in the fall and he is pretty sure i would qualify for it.</p>
<p>There are fee waivers for testing like SAT, PSAT, ACT. There are also fee waivers for some schools for their applications. From my experience, if you didn’t sign up for fee waivers for the testing, then some schools won’t waive your application fee. In our case we didn’t know there was such thing as fee waivers. The school counselor has some sort of form. For some schools application fee, you can call the school directly and see if they offer application fee waivers. I’m sure there is more info out there…-but hope this helps in some way!</p>
<p>I know about those but what im talking about are the fee waivers in which you have to be enrolled in school with atleast 1 class on your schedule. </p>
