<p>I have submitted all of my applications and supplements on the common app already, and for the payment method I selected the "other" for some and "college board" for others. This is because I read that college board only offers 4 waivers.
The thing is, I'm having a hard time figuring what form I need to submit to the universities. I simply can't find the forms in the first place. The common app says to check on the university's web page and the university's web page says to do it on the common app.
Does anyone know what forms I need to fill out and submit?
Here's a list of the schools I applied to and which form of payment I selected. For the ones with an * it still allows me to change my payment method (I think this is because the deadline has not passed yet). I also have the option to use the NACAC fee waiver. One last thing, am I screwed if I haven't submitted this waiver fee and the deadline for the app has already passed (I submitted everything else on time and all of the arrows are green, event the payment ones)?
