Ok, so I'm a bit confused about how one determines whether or not he/she qualifies for an application fee waiver. The NACAC waiver form says tat for a 5 member family the adjusted gross income for single or head of household is 64,185 and for married filling jointly is 67,085. Which number applies to me if I am a student living with my parents, and does that mean if my family's income is below that number I qualify for the fee waiver? How many fee waivers can one use? Sorry if this is a dumb question, but my family and I are new to this. Thanks for any input.

Single, head of household, and married filing jointly are all tax filing statuses. Your parents likely file the latter but ask them. Adjusted gross income can also be found on their tax return. I believe you can ask your Guidance Counselor for the fee waivers from College Board and they can give each student a max of 3. Afaik, there is no limit on the NACAC waivers but it’s up to each college whether or not they will accept a waiver in lieu of fees (seems that most do).
