Fee waivers?

<p>I read that fee waivers are available but you apply seperatly and that you're application isn't considered complete until they have received the fee waiver from the third party....this seems really sketchy. Like if they don't send my fee waiver, it's like I didn't even apply to the school! Could anyone shed light on this topis and explain how this works?</p>
