I’ve been out of school for about 5 years and I was looking to reapply to college but I found out my act is no good so I have to retake it but I’m really broke and I was wondering if I’d still be able to get a fee waiver like I did when I was in school or if there is another test that I could take that is cheaper that would work for applying to colleges
