Fee Waivers

<p>Is it OK to send in fee waivers to the colleges BEFORE you submit the commonapp online?</p>

<p>I'm afraid I might be doing something wrong here. I guess I'm just paranoid that they might receive the fee waiver and be like what's this kid doing?</p>
