Feedback wanted on my list

I am currently a senior in high school and I plan on majoring in neuroscience in college. I have taliored my college on schools with strong neuroscience programs that also give merit aid.

My stats:
IB Diploma Candidate
Close to 4.0 UW
35 on ACT, (8 on writing)
800 on Math II Subject Test
740 on Biology M Subject Test
730 on Spanish Subject Test
7 on SL IB Spanish Exam
Various school level academic awards
Knowledge Bowl Captain
First Chair in jazz band
Own/run my own lawn aeration business

My stongest EC would be jazz band. I have played tenor saxophone in jazz band for many years and will definately use this as an essay topic. I have some other EC's but they are not very strong.

My list:
Safties: University of Minnesota, St. Olaf
Matches: WashU St. Louis, UChicago, URochester, John Hopkins
Reaches: I'll probably apply to some Ivies that have expanded aid for middle income families.

I welcome any feedback on my list. What do you think my chances are for both admission and recieving significant merit aid? Are there any other colleges that you think I should consider?

Amherst and Vassar both have Neuroscience programs and would be great additions to your Reach/Match schools. My friends sister did her undergrad at Amherst and is currently a part of the Neuroscience M.D/Ph.D. program at Columbia.

I considered Amherst but they dont give any merit aid. My family is in in the income bracket of 120,000-140,000 and has significant assets so I would not expect to get much financial aid at all.

I'd suggest a look at Lawrence University which has merit scholarships. I saw your jazz band. Also your IB courses will get credit there if you make a 5 or better.
