Well, in less than like 6 days I'll be headed off to JSA. That's 3 weeks I'll be gone, killing off the rest of my July. After that, I'll flatly having a single August left.

Perhaps I'm some geeky loser who has no life so just sits at home and thinks stuff, but man, I feel like I'm losing up my summer. 2.5+ weeks of summer have already passed for us, and I'm nervous that I'll just pass my summer by without milking it enough.
What if I don't enjoy my JSA camp? That's 4500 gone and 3 weeks wasted. My typical school vacations are limited, soon I'll be busting my bum in college.

Someone, spew forth words of wisdom!

Just enjoy it. I feel your pain.

^ In an odd way, I do too.

I mean, doing an intense research project and trying to analyze all thisPhD level material for the entire summer, isn’t much of a break. It’s exhausting.

The worst part is that I’m being extremely lazy. Watch me get yelled tomorrow morning for not reading like 15+ articles.

I’m supposed to do AP Work and study this summer. Haven’t done anything really. Haha. I feel the same way you feel

I definitely felt that way last summer. I did a gov school that was five weeks long, and the week after I got home from that band camp started and my summer was over. That’s why this summer, I resolved to do nothing but summer assignments, college tours, and essay writing.
