Your SAT score is really low for Duke. Try to raise that up to have decent chances at the 3 schools you listed. As of right now, that sat score will definitely hinder you.

Vanderbilt: High match/low reach
Emory: same as above
Duke: Mid-Reach

I’m not planning on reporting my SAT score for Duke, just the ACT. I seem to do better with the ACT.

You are doomed to go to UF. IMHO.

Duke will be extremely tough–they get lots of applicants from FL and scores/rank probably won’t do it.

Emory and Vandy seem more likely with a very strong application and lots of demonstrated interest. Shoot for great recs and put your all into your essays.
