<p>I have sleeping issues as well and here are some things I do to help me go to bed:</p>
<p>Read a book</p>
<p>Smoke pot (of course, not an option for everyone)</p>
<p>Drink warm milk</p>
<p>Pull an all nighter and sleep at a decent time the next night</p>
<p>Masturbate (lol, i know this is weird but it helps)</p>
