Feeling like a zombie. How do you cure insomnia?

<p>The majority of my summer I went to bed at 4am-6am and woke up mid-afternoon.</p>

<p>“Just stay up 24 hours and go to bed 10 PM the next day.”</p>

<p>This is what I did, and for the past week I have been going to sleep around 11 and waking up at at my alarm (7:00) or some mornings as early as 5am.</p>
