Feeling stressed about my essay

Prospective international student here from the UK.

I am applying to MIT this year and I'm quite stressed about it, I will receive most of my course results during the first half of next year and I plan on getting my SAT results before the end of this year.

My stress is mainly to do with my essay, I have read a few successful MIT essays and in a lot of them people play the cello or the piano.

The truth is that I only practice playing the guitar, I'm not very good, I am enthralled by mathematics and physics because, in my opinion, the application of these fields bring forth enchanting (yes I said enchanting lol) phenomena, but I also like doing other things like playing chess, learning script and speaking with friends.

I must stress that do thoroughly enjoy physics and mathematics, I want to be honest about this in my application. It seems that so many successful applicants wrote about things outside of their selected course; their mastery of an instrument and their dedication to a charity, are such examples.

Can I talk about what makes physics and mathematics special to me?
Can I talk about why my appreciation for these subjects prompts me to apply to MIT?
If I am to write of my fondness for these fields, will I be required to have accomplished something at graduate level to validate my claims?

Btw I'm 22 and also self taught.

Sigh.

I don’t know how this was posted twice, sorry.

Do anyone have anyone know the answers to these questions?
