Here's an interesting question for ya: I like two girls that I know. One of them is a freshman in college, she really likes me and we have fun, but she doesn't want to date. I think it is because I am younger than her, thoughts? The other girl is the same age as I, and she knows I like her, or at least I think she does. We were good friends but now we don't talk so much anymore. Is it my fault for not making a move or should she have picked up on it and tried to help me out?

wow, the fact that your posting about your love life on here is qutie funny, I'm not sure how competent other people ont his forum are in regards to love life.

How right you are, but what can it hurt, I'm not going to take stupid info and try to use it, just a learning experience, or something....

There's quite a gap between HS and College. Maybe you're just not what she's looking for at that stage in her life. Or perhaps she thinks of you as a younger brother type and you are deluded.

Take the initiative with the other young lady. Just do it. She'll like ya for that.

I'm quite competent.

Zulinlaw,

In regards to the older woman, you should simply ask. It may just be that she's too busy. It may be what you think.

As far as the other woman... yeah, you probably blew your chance.

See here is why this is a predicament. I like her, she knows it and we have been friends for over two years. I think she needs to meet me part of the way, you know.

right right. I think I did blow it with the other girl, but the college girl on the other hand. I already asked her and we already talked about it. But she likes me a lot, I make her laugh, we have fun when we go out and stuff, but she doesn't want to date, it's a tad odd to me.

Which one? Older or same age?

the older one. I agree with you when you said I blew it with the one that was the same age. But the older one I'm not too sure about.

lols this is pretty funny. you're asking online about your personal love life, instead of one of your better friends.

btw, when i saw the title of this thread, it reminded me of russell peters:

somebody gonna get a hurt real bad.

dude I saw that recently, that thing is so funny. good call on the reference there slurpz. Yeah see if I cared about keeping my love life private then I wouldn't have posted it on the internet.

you mean since you cared about keeping your love life public. since personally, i think your real-life friends are gonna have better advice for you since they know you/the girls/or both

yep but I bother them enough about it. I really don't care if I ask you people about it though.

zulinlaw,

About what you said:

Maybe she's just not looking for a relationship right now. College is a confusing time for frosh.

very true. Well we did talkt about it and she said at least for now. Maybe in time she will come around.
