<p>yes you can. I think you need to the ferpa authorization to get teacher recs so you should definitely agree to it.</p>
<p>Yes you can. Even if you don’t waive your rights you can still submit teacher recs but often times admissions officers find it fishy if you haven’t waived your rights and still submitted teacher recs.</p>
<p>Yeah I waived my rights because I don’t need my recommendations after I’m admitted to college. Thanks for the help.</p>
