<p>i’m attempting to make a permanent change in what i put into my body. i’m not really looking to lose weight. i just want to be healthier.</p>

<p>Pizza can be healthy if you make it yourself.</p>

<p>I get pizza from Sam’s Club all the time. It’s cheap and huge.</p>

<p>and if you use whole grain wheat dough</p>

<p>and make it thin-crust</p>

<p>and don’t use american cheese</p>

<p>Pssh, you don’t have to make it insanely health, mix the whole grain flour with white flour (it’s not as bad in flour form). Use high protein mozzarella cheese and trust me home made pizza made white does not taste bad thin crust, all the flavor makes it amazing. And you don’t have to make it thin crust either, whole grain is really good for you. </p>

<p>Olive oil is amazing for your health too.</p>

<p>The pizzas they have in Asia are quite different. They’re healthier too.</p>

<p>Besides, you should travel more.</p>

<p>i hate cooking. making a homemade pizza would be torture for me. ahaha</p>

<p>Yeah, I’m trying to eat healthy also. :slight_smile: But, I don’t think it’s that bad to have a slice now and then. It’s all in moderation…</p>

<p>Not totally true…exercise won’t burn off all the calories you’ve eaten. You can still go over your daily calorie limit even with exercise factored in.</p>

<p>If you’re over 200 pounds and cant exercise the excess pounds off you have serious issues since your daily caloric intake to maintain your weight would be 3600 calories if you’re extremely active ( 1-2 hour exercise per day) and 2200 calories if you don’t do anything (no exercise, with very minimal walking).</p>

<p>I completely love how this thread went from how much we love pizza. To how we can make it healthier. Pizza is ment to kill you. :stuck_out_tongue: lol. How could something taste so good but be so wrong?</p>
