Surprisingly I hated Barbie!

Mine was Sailor Moon...I loved that show..I still love it.

Humm:

K-3rd: Barbies (mostly, trying to do their hair and dressing them in decent clothes. it got too bored pretending they could talk and having them marry Ken)

Oh, and my first CD was the Pokemon soundtrack. I think I still have my MEW card from watching the movie.

I had a gazillion SailorMoon cards. =/ I also used to do lots of origami (e.g. paper cranes) and those stars.
*When I was in elm school, all the girls loved the pink ranger. I remember some pretended she was their older sister. Weird.

Donkey Kong, Legos, DBZ, pokemon (cards, show, everything.. thank god I got away from this), digimon, the yo-yo's, beanie babies, hot wheels cars and tracks ...

will think of more later

Age:
0-5 = Oragami, Legos, Dancing in front of the TV to some child tv show in my undies, jumping on my bed, attemping to suffocate my sister with pillows, Powerrangers, Ninjas.
6-8 = Sailor moon, Furby
9-10 = Spice Girls, Nsync, Backstreet boys, Britney spears, Christina Agulira, Steps, Sclub7, basic makeup like lipgloss, hair accessories, basic fashion: puffer vests, flared jeans, BLACK clothing, etc..
10-12 = MAKEUP and FASHION dominated my life.

"flared jeans"

hahah! i remember, whenever girls started wearing flares of bell-bottoms at my elm, other girls would say "wow... you're getting old" or "you look so cutee!!!"

--> LEI, MUDD, blah

Trains. Trains trains trains trains trains. Old, new, commuter, passanger, freight, steam, deisel, electric. Ive been obsessed with them since birth, and I think anyone would be hard pressed to find someone my age who knows more on TRAINS.

When I was younger...
(age)
4-7 - Barbies and skates. And wanting to be in the Olympics, so running and jumping off stuff... damn Seoul Olympics... (omg, that was 1988...and a lot of you weren't born then...), playing chasing with the kids on my road...
7-11 - My Mario game addiction (had a Game Boy and a SNES... spent my childhood playing Tetris and Super Mario World) :) Also Saturday morning TV... MASK and all of that. Also seeing the Simpsons for the first time when I was about 7 :) And various dodgy boybands... runs
11-14 - More dodgy boybands, really bad British indie, starting to wear flares... English Premiership football... Saved By The Bell, California Dreams, Pugwall, all that sort of thing
14-17 - Pokemon... Green Day, Linkin Park, Limp Bizkit (my minimosher phase...lol), wearing black, being an angsty teenager, playing The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time and Super Mario 64 to death... watching Friends and ER...
17-21 - discovering brightly coloured clothes (becoming a grown-up hippiemosher :p), having really short hair, Family Guy, Futurama, Metallica, System of a Down, power metal, internet addiction, baggy trousers, skate shoes, iPods...

I wanted with all my soul to be a ballerina. Then I spent years reading each Nancy Drew book five times and vowing to be a detective. When I got bored, I decided to become a brain surgeon. In between times I played Spice Girls, NSYNC and BWitched songs until my parents were about ready to enter a mental institution.

Middle School: Three years of hating Brittany Spears.

Currently, I have somewhat of a CC fetish :)

it is actually spelt Britney Spears lol

rainbow kirby-
snes, n64.....Thats OLD SCHOOL
They dont make em like they used to.

Now I feel old. I'm only a little bit too young to have had a NES...
But yes. Old games rock. And in another bout of remembering my youth, I just bought the Sonic Mega Collection for GameCube today (tbh, it's still weird playing Sega games on a Nintendo console for me) and fired up Sonic 2 :D:D:D (I was 9 when that came out originally...lol)

Nintendo is dead, RIP, you were a good company. Still, nothing beats Super Mario World, Goldeneye or Rogue Squadron. I still have my snes. I wheel it out while I wait for my friends to stop b&*^&ching and choose a level.

The SNES had some of the best games ever. Super Mario World, Super Metroid, The Legend of Zelda: A Link To The Past, Final Fantasy VI, Chrono Trigger, F-Zero, Super Castlevania, Yoshi's Island, Super Mario Kart, Starfox...
memories...

And tbh, I don't think Nintendo is dead... but it needs to stop arsing around and get some decent games out VERY soon! is REALLY annoyed about the delay on Zelda

Why are there a zillion different ways to spell Brittany? Britney, Brittney, Britany, Britteny...I swear parents make up new spellings just so their Brittani will be different from the other Brittanies of the world. I have like three phonetic 'Britnee's in each class and they each spell it differently.

That must have been a parent fetish in the late 80s: name your girl Britney.

"wearing black, being an angsty teenager"

LOL!

*I also read Sweet Valley High & Babysitters Club...

0-5= nintendo, sonic the hedghog, darkwing duck, dressing up as a ballerina
6-8= spice girls, the beatles, barbies, being a biker, having biiiggg bangs
9-10= the rugrats, rugrats shirts (i had like, one for every day of the week), collecting pop tabs, rolling in the dirt, fishing
11-13= not eating, Harry Potter, makeup, eminem

I still looooove Harry Potter

HAHAHAHAHHA the babysitters club!!!!

I was subsribed to that club - I got 3 new books every month and I had a friendship ring, and a babysitters identity card.
And then (when I was 9) my parents decided that I was getting to old for babysitters club books and they unsubscribed my membership. I cried for days.. on my bed, vowing to never talk to my parents ever again, taking my anger out by listening to Britney spears.

Animorphs. I read each of the 52 books at least 3 times. I even wrote my own Animorphs book when I was in like 6th grade.

Britney Spears! yeah lemme tell this little story yall: So I was in 3rd grade, britney was at her "hit me baby one more time" prime. So I went to one of her concerts here in memphis, thinking I was this cool little 3rd grader. I had all this "love" for britney built up that when she walked out on the stage, I literally just started crying. no, not crying: BALLING! i really have no idea what people around me must've thought. This little kid with a bad haircut who cries when everyone else cheers. Then I tried to giver her flowers (with my phone number slipped in there). ahhh, good times! now britney married that kevin dude...............................sigh
