Few AP Classes

Could I possibly get accepted into Georgetown with only maybe 2 or 3 AP classes? I know more aspects count for acceptance, but I was just wondering if that is a big issue.

I was wondering the same thing. Because I’m in the Canadian system, there were no APs taken in 11th grade, and I’m planning on three in senior year.

The selective colleges all say the same thing - take the most challenging program offered by your school. They recognize there are some schools that offer few or no AP classes.

However, you will be competing with students who have probably taken 5 to 10 AP classes or their equivalent. Maybe you could see if there is an opportunity to take an online college level class, or to work with your school to set up a self-study program for an AP exam.

How does 0 APs in Junior year, but AP Calculus, AP Physics, AP Economics, and AP English (Lang and Lit combined) in senior year sound?
