Few Questions from a sophomore

First of all, I'm Asian in an American School in Asia.
However, over 90% of the students are Asians....

Even though we aren't given our school ranking,
I would proudly say I'm in the top 10% (200 students).

My current GPA is around 4.15 (max is 4.8), SAT is about 2100
(Math 800, Reading 700, critical 600)
Taking SAT II's (chem in may, chinese 800, math II and Physics)

Will be Robotics (RoBoCup) president next year, maybe math team officer.

I'm taking AP chem and comp sci this year, and both are at least a 4 (most likely both 5).
Will be taking AP Calc BC, English Lang, Economics, and Physics B next year.

I want engineering as a major (maybe EE, comp sci, sth to do with robotics/computers).

Therefore I'm aiming at Berkeley, MIT, etc.

What is the minimal SAT required for Berkeley?
I think my extracurricular and classes definitely shows my love for robotics/engineering (math officer, second best AMC 10 score in our school, robotics club, team, class, and AP comp sci)

Last year, our school sent 6 people to Berkeley, 3 to MIT, 2 to Stanford... mostly at least one person into an Ivy League school.

Also, I would say my community service is one of the coolest.
I volunteered at a museum ranked the 7th in the world (1st in Asia), and even passed the test so I can be a narrator and tour visiting groups. Planning to work there at the summer for my whole high school year.

I would say my chance for MIT is low, but what can I do to increase my chance?

Thanks everyone
