<p>Not sure this is the right forum but I thought I'd try it. My son will file a tax return for the first time. He needs to get it done this weekend so he can finish the IDOC. Can he use the IRS's free file online? Is there anything we should know about it?</p>
<p>My kids have used the IRS free file for years. You should not have trouble doing it at all.</p>
