<p>You only have to fill out the FAFSA and have a GPA verification sent by your school. Does your school not file your GPA electronically? That is the only thing I can think of that you would need to fill out by hand if they do not. You do have to mail the form in after having it verified by your school.</p>

<p>If so, this one is fillable (I just tested it myself in all fields) and you should have no further issue with filling in the numbers. Remember to print it out and have your school verify it before you mail it.(</p>
<p>If you do not know whether or not your school files your GPA electronically, then you should ask. This is a much more efficient option as opposed to mailing in the verification form.</p>
