We are filling out the CSS profile…there are some questions in our CSS profile denoted as “not required” (none of them have the red asterisk). What will happen If these questions are not answered?". Would answering these supplemental questions help or hinder the outcome? For example…“How much did you pay for] loans for applicants siblings” Thanks in advance!
This would all be dependent on how individual schools use that information, and those policies and procedures are generally not public knowledge. You can contact each school and ask, and you may or may not get a useful answer.
