Film and Animation

How are the film and animation programs, clubs, etc. at RIT? ANYTHING you have to say on the subject would be helpful!
FYI - IF I went there, I'd probably major in something sciency, and try to minor in film or animation stuff.

Film, Video and Animation program is quite good especially from a phographic perspective. It is also one of the hardest programs to get into at RIT. They typically have the highest average SATs among all the majors.

Here is url for programs and course requirements. You decide for yourself:

Hey Throgan, I'm wondering that myself. What have you found out?

Btw, I've been accepted to RIT's grad program in film/Animation and have been hearing mixed reviews...

I know very little about the film and animation programs here at RIT, so I won't say anything there, but a listing of all the clubs at RIT can be found here: http://campuslife.rit.edu/clubs/

Oddly enough, there does not seem to be any club for specifically film and animation people, but you could certantly form one, as RIT is very friendly to having more clubs on campus (I think)

I see you are a Computer Science major. How demanding is this major? Is it suicidal to even consider combining it with Film and Animation?
