<p>I was wondering how the film program is at Penn and what is offered in it?</p>

<p>It is one of the majors with an enrollment control, which means you have to submit a portfolio your sophomore year to gain entrance to the major. When you apply, you'd apply directly to the major as a freshman. There is also a minor in film studies.</p>
