I'm looking for more schools with solid Film Studies programs.

The top one I have found right now is Wesleyan, which focuses more on Critique and Analysis rather than production.

I'm looking for more schools/programs like this. Any suggestions?

Also: Does anyone know of a film school or film major ranking system or some way I could investigate myself and determine whether one is better than another?
Thanks

Dear john. Please stay safe. This turf- visual art major- is bit too (fill in the blank) for you. watch out for dahrvinci x 100 prouddad x 1000 pokemon power counter attack.

Check out the new Film Studies program at Michigan State University. There is a major, a minor and a concentration, and it includes capstone classes which combine theory and production. They also offer coursework in Documentary Film.
