<p>If I remember right Student Accounting says refund will be made within 3 days. You will get a notification when funds are deposited to your bruin direct.
Call student accounting to confirm if your bruin direct has been set up.
I don't think its too late to set it up. just do it asap coz the process takes about 4-6 weeks. If u expect some refund and u don't have bruin direct, they will mail you a check. This process is slower.</p>

<p>refunds are for when financial aid covers more than tuition alone. this refund often goes towards housing and books.</p>
<p>you should receive an e-mail about your refund in a couple days which more or less says that your refund will be in your bank account a few days from then. happy waiting! ;-)</p>

<p>you need a checking account i think. just sign up for one online. it'll take like 15 mins. <a href="http://www.wamu.com%5B/url%5D">www.wamu.com</a> and if you act now you can get a free 5.00% APY savings account too. :)</p>
