Fin aid notification (TAP)

I'm a RD applicant for CAS. About one or two weeks ago, I got some forms from TAP (Tuition Assistance Program--it's for NYS residents.) The form was already partially filled out by TAP, with Cornell being listed as the university I was applying to. I was a bit confused, since I had to fill out TAP forms for NYU, but I wasn't aware that Cornell also wanted them. After getting the TAP forms for Cornell, I was thinking that TAP was required for all colleges in New York, but then I realized that I didn't have to fill out TAP forms for Columbia. I've already sent the forms to Cornell, but I was just wondering whether this meant anything. Does this mean that I may get financial aid or did I simply miss doing a required part of the financial aid process?

EDIT: Sorry, I just looked at the financial aid site once more and realized that TAP was an automatic part of the process for Cornell. Ignore this. ;)
