<p>another question - i was offered stafford loans, but i thought dartmouth eliminated loans. is this because the stafford thing is a federal loan or something? I only ask because I was offered (a very small amount of) money at gtown but nothing at dartmouth (in addition to the stafford thing) and I thought that dartmouth was known to be more generous</p>
