<p>Is this normal? (mostly referring to the SCU package)</p>

<p>The offers are fairly similar-- same Pell Grant, same work study, similar University grants (10K and 11K) and similar loan totals (25K and 27K).</p>

<p>Plus loans are for the parents. Subsidized loans are better than unsubsidized). The UCLA package is typical from what I've seen of their packages (our son goes there).</p>
