Finaid Question

I am a junior right now and am considered an international when it comes to college financial aid(can't do FAFSA). However I have been living in the US since 7th grade and pretty well into becoming a permanent resident to be a National Merit Semifinalist(Score: 236). Here are my stats so far:

SAT Score: 1520/2260(M 780, CR 740, W 740) - Retaking for 2300+
SATII Subject Test: Bio-790, Math and Chem to be taken
GPA: UW-4.0, W- 5.72
Rank: 1/570
APs: Will have taken 15+ - So far all 5s

ECs
Big Brother/Big Sister mentor
American Red Cross Volunteer – Disaster Relief (150+hrs)
Media Center Volunteer
Peer Tutoring
Science Club Officer
Math Club President hopeful next year
Captain of Calc team
NHS member
Fluent in Java
Will be doing a research project in Summer

Awards
Time Person of the Year 2006
USABO 2006 semifinalist
AMC 10 school winner
Key Scholars
National Merit semifinalist predicted
National AP award

So what I need to know is what schools and programs are favorable for internationals applying for financial aid? I am thinking abt majoring in either premed or business. Is it ridiculously hard for someone like me to apply for finaid in schools like the ivies and top 20 schools. I will definitely apply to WashU for merit awards
Thanks very much for looking

Do you have a US Social Security number?

FAFSA - Free Application for Federal Student Aid

Oi, not this again.

Incidentally, your stats have nothing to do with getting financial aid. It's about getting in first, and then about filing the paperwork about your family's financial history.

Lol kryptonsa, I knew someone would catch it. Are you gonna try USABO again - I remember that you tried last year. Anyways, I just threw my stats out there, in case someone knew of merit scholarships or merit scholarships giving schools out there that I'm competitive for.

Thanks for the reply lurkie. Unfortunately, although I have a social security number, I am a nonelegible non citizen according to the FAFSA website.

Any more replies will be greatly appreciated.
