This class is definitely fascinating but not necessarily easy, everyone should take it, it can fulfill like two breadths.
Language and Power- Prof. Kramsch- great teacher

CS61A used to be a -relatively- easy A/A+ but they changed the grading scale a bit. It’s an interesting course if you like CS.

The <foreign culture=“”> R1A/R5A courses are also pretty good. You still need to put care into your essays, but the grading is fair and encouraging. It’s not like an English class in which you can try really hard and end up with a B, and other times turn in something you dashed off and revised just once for an A.</foreign>

Many of the “<topic> for non-majors” courses are both interesting and relatively relaxed. Of course there are still midterms, but the class is relaxed enough that you can just learn for the sake of learning.</topic>

for R&C , what about the asian american studies classes? are they boring? which prof is the best?
can you guys suggest more interesting classes to fulfill the 7breadth req?

was morethanwords kidding when he/she recommended math 16b with harrington, and anthro 3AC with hubbard?

wow… those were some of my least favorite classes… sure they didn’t require too much effort, but those profs are horrible at teaching… I didn’t learn anything from hubbard’s class except that she hates any kind of biological reasoning, and she goes on random tangents which don’t teach us anything… and harrington’s class - no one even comes to lecture.
