<p>Although you are a URM, your scores and GPA is just simply way too low for you to be accepted into the Ivies (and Stanford/UChicago).</p>

<p>Amherst, Bowdoin, Carleton, Macalester, Occidental, Vassar, Pomona, U Chicago, Skidmore and Swarthmore are matches for you, I think. Maybe U Chicago and few others will be a little harder than others. </p>

<p>Ivies are always reaches, along with Stanford, but I think you definatly have a shot. </p>

<p>I gues you would be in at George Washington, but I don’t know an awful lot about the school itself. Good luck.</p>

<p>Your SATs are just slightly above average for even state universities in most states. But considering you’re African American it may not matter as much</p>

<p>Your extracurriculars are good… I guarantee that if you get your SAT up to atleast a 2000, or 700+ in CR and 700+ Math, you can get into most of the colleges listed above. You still have time to take the SAT two-three more times. If you have a rigorous academic schedule and your 3.75 GPA is unweighted, plus a 2000-2200 SAT, you can get into Yale 50%</p>

<p>Yeah, right. I wish. If you’ve got a rigorous academic schedule, a perfect 2400 SAT/36.0 ACT and a number one class rank, then you’ve got maybe a 30% chance of getting into Yale.</p>

<p>^thats for an ORM. For a URM, ^those stats almost guarantee acceptance at Yale.</p>
