Final chances for the neurotic?

<p>I figured that since I'm going to be freaking out until April, I might as well at least take a final look at exactly how much I should be freaking out.... please be harsh, in a preferably constructive sort of way... thank you so much for your time.</p>

-2 APs - Language and Composition: 4 (freshman year), Government: taking this year</p>

- Band: 9-12; Mellophone and French horn; marching, concert, pit, pep; Most Improved Musician, Most Improved Marcher, Section Leader, Unsung Hero Leadership Award
- Girl Scouts: 9-12; Bronze Award, Silver Award, sundry other service awards and projects
- Spring Musicals: 10-12; Featured role first year in The Sound of Music, lead in Thoroughly Modern Millie and Bye Bye Birdie
- Latin and Classical Studies Club: 11-12; Vice President, co-founder
- Forensics: 10-12; 3rd in District for Dramatic Interp, 2nd for Poetry
- Scholastic Bowl: 10-12; team leader in directed competition
- I also write extensively, especially poetry; I submit to the school's literary magazine and have been published in the book Reflections</p>

<p>Work Experience
- Basically none: french tutoring</p>

<p>I like my essays, and my recs should be good, but I haven't read them. In my additional information section I posted an additional short essay rather than a resume. I hope that doesn't kill me.</p>

<p>I don’t really know much about these schools but I after I looked them up I would say you are a:
8.5 at all of them or even more with exceptions of course; Brown, UChicago, and Yale to which you are a 7.2 or a little bit (just a little bit) less.</p>

<p>I think you would be in at all except for Yale, and given your stats you are only a slight reach for Yale. Great ec’s and great school work…good luck :slight_smile: I would say don’t worry, you will be all ok ;)</p>
