<p>you seem well balanced except for the test scores (more 700s would be great).</p>

<p>As you currently stand, I think ucsc and ucsb are safeties (CA res.). UCB (CA res),NYU,BU are almost matches if you can raise the test scores.</p>

<p>As for Upenn, Cornell,WU, UM, CM, I think higher test scores+good recommendations would be helpful.</p>
