Final Decision

<p>I have posted this already but still need help. I am down to two colleges, Ohio University and the University of Toledo. I was accepted into both chemical/environmental engineering programs. It has been difficult to decide between the two one is urban and the other is rural. They have great programs and facilities. I'd be happy at either which makes coming to a final decision really hard. Any help or input as to which to attend would be much appreciated.</p>
