Final Grades?

Hello,

I’m applying as a transfer student to schools which require a midyear grade report. I sent the midyear report in, but I’m wondering if there’s any chance that any of these schools will see my final grade report for the Spring semester, as I’m worried my performance in one class will not be what was indicated on the midyear report by the end of the semester. I know that final grades will come out after I’ve already been accepted or rejected and won’t factor into that decision, but is there any chance an admission could be rescinded because of a poor grade (not a failing grade - a B or C)? Or is there any chance a school would require me to send in my second semester grades if I were waitlisted?

Thanks!

No. They would not rescind over a B or C. C may cause a little concern, especially if its a big drop. However, I doubt anyone would revoke admission for a B or C. F, yeah maybe. Also to answer the waitlist question, possibly. To get off the waitlist schools sometimes suggest additional grades if you think they are helpful.
