Sorry if this seems obvious, but is there an actual Final School Report form, besides the transcript, that we have to send to Princeton at the end of the school year?</p>

^next to June 30, it says " In order for you to matriculate at Princeton, print, complete and mail this form to the Admission Office."<br>
The wording makes it seem like there's a form.....</p>
