So does anyone know what the "minimum" grades required to prevent an admission offer being rescinded are? I've done HORRIBLY this semester (exp. C+, B-, B, B+), would this disqualify me?

i would like to know too, my grades have been pretty bad since midterm

admission to where?

There are generally no minimum grades. It's at their discretion.

Careful...the waitlisted students are itching for your spot

What I've been told is, basically, try not to get a C, never get a D, F

So I'm guessing 1 C is fine, 2 is pushing it. 1 D is pushing it, ect

As and Bs probably don't matter

I think that I read somewhere on Cornell's website that they expect an average of B+ to A+

I think its pretty unlikely that any school would rescind your admission because you didn't have a B+ or above average.... they may suggest it, but I think it takes pretty extreme situations (failing multiple courses)..

but if your school will release grades before the admissions decisions are out, it is probably good to get the best grades you can. Or if you are waitlisted, you shourld probably try to get above a b+

my grades have decreased this semester but there are still good they stan in a b average

i'm probably going to have a 2.9 now that i look at it...i got a 3.6 last semester, but this semester is soo much harder; i have computer programming and linear algebra with other stuff...i need to get in but don't know how they will decide.
