^
You sure? i looked at their admission website and it says:
Office of Admissions - Hahn
University of California, Santa Cruz
1156 High Street
Santa Cruz, CA 95064

https://admissions.sa.ucsc.edu/contact.cfm

Isn’t that the same thing?

I don’t think so because there is a different address, Cook instead of Hahn, for those who haven’t applied yet.

I think they’re just different parts of the same office, so while perhaps slightly inconvenient for whomever is sorting the mail, they’ll end up going to the same place either way.

From my understanding, you are supposed to send your transcripts to Hahn. If you sent it elsewhere, I’m pretty sure it will eventually find its way there.

Techniqually doesn’t your school send the transcript, don’t they have the addresses?

OP is probably a freshman and has to send in the transcript himself (not his HS). When you send in your transcript from CC, then your school usually has a list of all the addresses.

My situation is that I have to provide the addressed envelope along with a stamp to my highschool. Then they will send it out for me inorder to keep everything secure and confidential. Basically I sent it without the HAHN or whatever, hopefully it’ll work ? kinda scared. should i do another one?

No, you’ll be fine. It’s just a little more work on their end (UCSC’s) to get it to the destination. I’m pretty sure a lot of students send it to the regular address as well.

NO! Why would you risk it? Just send it to the correct address! I mean, seriously, why the hell wouldn’t you? The two admissions offices are actually located in two different places on campus.

aw **** i totally had it wrong…

i put this

university of california, santa cruz
1156 high st
santa cruz, ca 95064

attention: UCSC undergraduate office of admissions

****!!! what will happen to my transcriopt?

Pretty sure it’s gonna make it.

It will make it, but it will just take a little longer (probably, though I doubt by much). If your transcripts are coming from within California, I’d wait until something like 3-4 business days after they were sent, then just call admissions to confirm they received it.
