Final Transcript Destination

Well, it's nearing the end of my senior year in high school and the guidance office requires all seniors to submit a closeout form (a form that lists which colleges you applied for and all those kind of things).

And they say I must give them an envelope with the college I'm attending so they can mail out my final transcript. Which address do I send it to? I've looked up addresses and I've found so many. I was considering sending it to the undergraduate admissions office but it doesn't seem right considering that I've already been accepted.

Any ideas? Thanks

Great question! Answer?

I have this crazy idea that you bring "proof of graduation" with you to orientation and nothing else.

...But I don't know.

I don't think they want final transcripts unless you're an international or a transfer applicant.

The person at my school who handles transcripts/other college stuff says that Maryland does indeed require final transcripts from everyone. I think that I'm going to send mine to the Undergraduate Admissions address.

I saw recently that on a list of things to bring to orientation, a final transcript is required. My guess is you could bring it sealed from guidance in your hand to orientation, or have them mail it to the undergraduate admissions office.
