<p>I'm not sure if someone has asked this question before, but I was wondering if anyone knew how to get the final transcript in.</p>
<p>Is there a form to fill out (because I can't seem to find one on Rutgers' website)? Or do we just tell the guidance department at our school to send a transcript in?</p>

<p>However, I know I had self-reported my grades previously, but for the high school <em>final</em> transcript is there a form to fill out. I can not seem to find one on Rutgers’ website. </p>

<p>i asked the people in my high school’s guidance department. they’ll have transcript release forms there.</p>
