<p>My school sent out my transcript on May 28th and on myberkeley, it still says Not Received. So They sent it out again few days ago....what the hell? I contacted them and doesn't seem like there's much they can really do or care to do?</p>

<p>You’re not penalized however, just as a heads up. Your admissions counselor just puts a block on you, which I believe means you won’t be able to sign up for classes until everything’s in.</p>
<p>But Telebears Phase II doesn’t start until mid to late July, so I wouldn’t be too worried yet.</p>
<p>What about if it appears Received - In Review? It is been like this for over a month.</p>
<p>You are fine. The school acknowledges that your transcript was sent. It is their issue if they take a long time to process it. Unless you had a problem with a mismatch between the transcript and your UC application, or didn’t satisfy the conditions of admission by getting < 3.0 or a D/F grade, no problemo.</p>
